Shipping and returns

At The Vision Bros, all items are handmade and ready to ship. Each piece is crafted with care and inspected before being sent out to ensure quality.

 

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 days after purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

 

Cancellations

We offer free order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order will be processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.

 

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll review the issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
